Jack is the Operations Director at Excursions By Rail, where he oversees the planning and execution of all charter services and manages external hires for corporate and private clients.

Jack’s railway journey began as a member of the Stockton and Darlington Railway Youth Team, where he developed a strong passion for rail and operations from an early age. He then joined Bishop Trains, gaining valuable hands-on experience in day-to-day station and ticketing operations.

His talent and commitment quickly saw him rise through the ranks, becoming a Director focused on charter train planning and delivery. Jack played a key role in developing innovative and memorable rail experiences, always prioritising passenger enjoyment and operational excellence.

Today, Jack leads a wide range of charters for Excursions By Rail, combining meticulous planning with creativity to deliver seamless and unique journeys across the UK. His energy, attention to detail, and dedication to creating exceptional experiences make him an invaluable part of the EBR team.
