Our Booking System
We use Ticket Tailor to provide our online ticket booking service. When you make a booking, you are entering your details into our booking system via Ticket Tailor, who acts as our Data Processor.
Information you actively provide
When you make a booking, contact us, or complete a form, we may collect:
- Name
- Address and postcode
- Email address
- Phone number
- Date of birth
- Passenger details for others you are booking for
- Payment information (processed securely by our payment provider)
You confirm that any information provided for other passengers is done with their permission, or with parental/guardian consent where required.
Call recordings
If you call us, we record calls for training, quality assurance and dispute resolution purposes. Recordings are retained for three months.
How we use your information

Marketing emails
We use Mailchimp to send emails about our train experiences, events and offers where you have opted in.

We use IONOS SiteAnalytics to understand how visitors use our website. This data is anonymised and used for statistical purposes only.

We do not receive any personal data back from Meta. This process is secure, encrypted and GDPR compliant, and only occurs if you consent to marketing cookies.
Ticket Tailor tracking
Ticket Tailor also uses tracking technologies to confirm when a booking has been completed so that we can measure which website visits and adverts lead to ticket purchases.
Third-party services on our website
