Ideally 6-18 months for best routing and traction options; we can sometimes deliver faster subject to pathing and stock availability.
Can we choose steam or a specific locomotive?
Where operationally possible, yes — heritage traction is subject to availability, routes, timings and additional fees.
Can we board from multiple stations?
Yes, we can plan selected pickups to suit your guest distribution, subject to charter path and timings.
Is the train accessible?
We provide ramp assistance and priority seating and select stations with accessible facilities where possible. Tell us your specific needs and we’ll design accordingly.
Can we serve our own branded drinks?
We can feature your brand as part of a curated bar list. Corkage or supply agreements can be arranged.
Do you offer NDAs and private security?
Yes. We regularly host confidential corporate events and can arrange discrete security.
What happens if the railway is disrupted?
We build contingency into the schedule and agree service levels and alternatives in advance. Your Train Manager will keep you fully briefed.
